Order Processing

• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. If any information is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@automaters.com

• Processing Time: Orders are processed on the following Monday after payment has cleared. Payments usually clear within 3 business days of the time you send it. I.e., you send us a payment on Tuesday, this will clear by Friday, and you will be enrolled on the following Monday. If the following Monday is a Statutory Holiday then you will be enrolled the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Methods: All of our products are digital and online based. We may send you a Welcome Package via FedEx Express delivery but this does not have any bearing on your purchase and start date.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Policy: As per our agreement you are not able to return anything as our services are non-tangible. However, we do have milestone warranties in place. They are outlined in your contract and typically include a 6 or 18 month period for full refund.
